Principle Contractor
The majority of our projects are assigned to us as the ‘Principle Contractor’. This means that we build a home from end to end managing and planning all of the subcontractors from mechanical and electrical though to interior designers, landscapers, audio visual and fire and security. Upon completion the client has to simply ‘ turn the key’ and move in to a perfect new home that is ready to go.
Basement Construction
Offering the potential to significantly expand the living and entertainment areas of London homes, basement construction is increasingly popular. Beyond the significant amount of additional space, basements also contribute to increased privacy and a notable reduction in general noise pollution. Almost all of our projects thus far have incorporated basement construction. Noteworthy examples within our portfolio include the creation of neighbouring basements and double-depth basement construction.

Extending a property to the rear and to the side on all levels and often removing all but the facade and party walls are the fundamental tasks we have become experts at.
